Hi,
I have the same problem, please help! I have a new updated FSX Steam Edition and have tried all I have followed your steps above but nothing works . I still get the same screen every time I open the game Flight Simulator has detected a problem with a third-party software program (add-on). Name: FsPassengerX Version: 4.0.0.0 Company ScondReality Software s.a.r.l. File: FsPassengers\bin\fspassengerx.dll What to do?

Hi, thanks but it's making me crazy! Neither the v16.11.2015 works now for me.
I disintalled FsPax, reintalled the patch SP2 on FSX, and run again the 16.11.2015 installer.. but the issue is still there. It's very strange, as when I made the first FsPax update at the begining of thi topic.. the first fligth was perfect. Then in the same session I changed the aircraft (a freeware-released Virtavia's Typhoon) and when I overstressed/crashed it I got the error and FSX quitted. I don't know what link would be, if any. Probably had some bad information been written/stored somewhere? Is it FSX afraid to run FsPax :D (kidding..)? I looked in the last Windows Updates, and the last one was on 9th december, but from that day everything was working perfectly until some days ago. I upgraded Nvidia 610m to the last v359.06 driver on 21 December. Now I tried to run FSX using Intel 4000 embebbed videocard but I have always that problem. Post Edited ( 12-29-15 15:36 )

Hi, I installed Microsoft Process Monitor, I sent you the log about all operations related to FSX.exe via email hoping that it could help.

Dan, i have a technical question. Why the faulting modules are ai-
player.dll (often) or sim1.dll or atc.dll? Thanks
29-12-2015, 11:49 PM
The net is full of those "0xc000005" error concerning ai_player.dll sim1.dll or atc.dll.
It happen for about every addon that have dll as PMDG or others. I didn't saw any proof explaination or solution yet. (It doesn't mean there is no solution, but often peoples that solve it don't come back to explain what they've done) Can you try this please ? Hi Dan, no ones of the three dll tests worked for me. FSX just crash with or without asking me if I want load the dll. No log.txt
How could I verify the integrity of my system's dll (I have Win8.1)? I read about the command sfc /scannow. Could be useful for you a scansion? Anyway, my computer seems work well

Thank you Dan
I followed his suggestions (post # 01-01-16 18:41) Possible final Solution: http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showth...p?tid=9317 and I had FsPax back! Thanks for assistance! Happy new year! Post Edited ( 01-01-16 22:25 )
