OK; as you may know, heavier planes retract their slats quite late compared to their flaps. Unfortunately FSP does not seem to know that. Vfe in the
DC-10 is shown 240 kias, for flaps this may be correct, but the first stage of lowering flaps is slats (normally retracted around 280 kias) only and
FSP is not able to determine if there are flaps lowered or not.`If I have my slats deployed above 250 kias, they get blown away.
So where can I raise the max airspeed allowed with flaps lowered?
