Thanks so much for the advice.
At first it was the crash on startup saying 3rd party FSpassengers dll thingy, about 10 times (have only posted 1 of those error reports). Then read about the regedit fix so after deleting the entry it still had the same error message and the key re appeared. Since i last deleted the entry it hasn't appeared and neither has the crash on startup. The original crashes on FSX start up were definitely referencing FsP, i read on a forum to run as Admin and this along with the regedit fix has hopefully solved the issue!
However, this was all happening whilst i was getting the random mid flight crashes so i assumed FsP was the issue there too.
Now i know about reading Event error reports i done some digging and some of the errors were related to OneDrive. I have uninstalled OneDrive and so far so good.
I'm not running any addons other than Rex 4 with soft cloud and an Aztec which came with the Steam bundle. All worked fine until FsP was installed but maybe it was a coincidence?
Thanks again!
