Firstly, it can be a bad idea to install FSX in the (x86) directory due to protection issues that can occur. Some people have no issues with it but many do. The exception code I see reveals the issue. I would advise to re-install this way...C:\FSX. Of course it's up to you about completely uninstalling FSX and re-install. If you had a separate drive to install FSX on, that would be ideal.
By the way, do you have UAC turned off and do you have the correct uiautomationcore.dll in the main FSX folder?
