I am really surprised that I was charged 32eur for an upgrade. Is this correct, that everytime there is an update to
your software, you expect us to pay full price for it?

The new version are free to download and your "old" username and unlock code work for new version... I searched also in the payment database I have only one payment with your e-mail adress or even name. Dan

FS add-ons he buys, and from where. And that I, I mean HE needs to research his bank statement before writing a letter to a forum. Sorry man. By the way did i tell you that i think this is the greatest add on ever!!! Thanks so much for putting this out there. Mike

This topic interests me because I got a weird e-mail today. It's from customer@klikandpay.com and the subject says "Your
FSPASSENGERS.COM transaction ". I can't open the e-mail while checking it over the internet here at work. Tonight I'll download it into Outlook and see if I have better luck. So far, I see no additional transactions on my bank account for FsPassengers, but this strange e- mail has me a little concerned. I paid for FsP on August 5th, and downloaded and unlocked the upgrade about a week later. I would think if there was some strange occurence of being charged for the upgrade, I would have already received notice of it and seen the money come out of my account though. Just think it's strange that the same day someone says they were charged again, I get an e-mail from klikandpay.

Okay, Jelami's post ended up being a goof on their part, but I still think it's weird I got this unreadable e-mail today.

Well i think it was a goof, as i got a message from clikandpay today also, but i just bought a plane from flight 1, so i thought it was from
them. unfortunatley i have my email set to delete anyone who is not in my address book so I can't look at it. Now i am wondering??!?!? i will be watching my bank account.

I think it may be a "late mail" from them but don't worry, I keep an eyes
on sales and manage closely any problem that may happen. Dan |
