Yea, that was some weather.
We ended up getting tired of the lights going on/off/on/off, that we simply turned off all the switches, lit some candles and started playing an old
fashion board game.
It became a very enjoyable evening.

Well Dan,
It has been worth the wait and a little longer is no big deal. Have already done several long distance flights lasting 10 days or more
for each flight plan using 1930-40 solent flying boats in FS9 and have enjoyed the FSP dialogue from both pax and crew whwen I do something wrong like
a heavy landing on water, and being shot at several times when flying over danger areas. Quite impressive! I hope there are plenty of other 80
year olds doing the same thing. It sure brings back the memories flying over these old wartime areas of the past.

Will the user be able to customize things more then the FS9 version? Reason Im asking is because I mainly fly Concorde and the whole
tail strike when it would not have been a tail strike in Concorde, or the descent rate where the passengers start screaming is not realistic
for Concorde. Thats just to name a few! Im not asking for a Concorde specific config that comes with FsPX, just that I can and others can
customize it to work properly in Pointy!

Hi,

may be some idea for a FsP X beta. May you provide a formular to register for the closed beta with information about experiance about betas on other games and may be information about the job
so you can see wether the person is able to test the beta an giving valueable feedack, because I know the mess with public Betas (I'm a software developer too :-) )

Beta? Usually we start with Alpha , right?

Dan should take all the time in the world. Better a completely working product released a year later then planned, then a buggy software
release where everybody is turning away from..

Alpha is usually done in house and not with additional testers. That is basically the testing he does himself before others test, with as
skillful as Dan is he's been doing this as he goes.

While part of what you say has merit, it is too extreme. All the time in the world and being released a year later than planned would be
extremely bad and turn people away as much as a buggy release. I have utmost faith in his work, though also very anxious for it

Don't overestimate FS addons income even for best sellers, this is why companies make several product, because you can't really live
with only one.

Cool day of work, after three day searching I recovered the engines failure. (at least I found a way) I'll write them clean tomorrow.. mhh
well, after sleep (6 am here)

I plan to add more failures but will tell more after some test. As I see them some might add intteresting challenge. (oil temp increase, not
catched ? engine power decrease, not catched ? engine fire! now try to extinguish it and blame yourself for not controlling engine's
instrument

I plan to add bigger flight maps would that be cool for you ?
Also I plan to do one optional feature "aircraft can't teleport", if on this will mean that you can only start a flight from aircraft's last location.
FsP will warn you at start of flight (if the aircraft is not at the proper place) and will teleport it for you where it was parked at the end of your
last flight. That might be intteresting for world tour and more realistic.

Also editing of Pax list just before starting flight, for some that love to take aboard specific peoples (familly, VIP etc etc)

Great ideas!

I like especially the teleporting feature, as i always create smaler or bigger tours in GAs. (e.g. discover europe)

This could be an option when creating a company. When buying a new aircraft, the user has to define the aircrafts base (start) location.
So, it makes sense to buy and distribute a fleet of small GA aircrafts for sightseeing tours around the world!
