IA key to land this truck of the sky is managing to bring her in a speed around 130 kts and keep it during the final. Then she lands almost by herself
and did not need more than 3500 feets to stop on the runway. However I got great help with a 25 kts head wind.

More likely, I will take her for the next world tour prop flight

to open the back door you must map a key for the fuction "lower the Concorde nose" and, to close it, another for "retract the Concorde nose ". (I
have the french version of FS9, so I can't tell you the exaxt name of thesr functions in English...)
I choosd shift T and shift Y.

For the livery, I must do some fixes on it first and I will post a link to the files when ready (should be within a couple of days)

Glad I could be of help Pegase, and glad you like the payload, it's only my second one.

The Config entries were based on Airbus' own specs for the plane, so should be pretty close though not perfect due to some small
limitations in FS.

What is less brillant so far are my flights with this monster. But in progress anyway.

Getting from cold and dark to ready to taxi is rather simple, the plane is quite eazy to taxi and take off except when this strange thing
occures:
At take off at full power, the engines instrument show normal values but the plane don't get enough speed for take off after some 10 000
feets on the runway, it will just reach painfully some 80 kts while it needs some 140-160 kts for take off.

This happend me twice, when everything is normal it easyly take off at 75% of MTOW after 4000 feets.

Once airborne, no trouble pull back gentky the throttle from TOGA to FLEX and then to CLB and upon your settings in the MCDU, the plane
will follow gently speeds, planed altitudes and path. Just I noticed some repeated oscillations in altitudes and pitch at wind change.

Things becomes a bit tricky when starting descent. I did not find yet if and how it would be possible to trigger descent from managed
mode. So I set a lower altitude and, sometimes, it will work, sometimes not or sometimes give dreadfull dives or pitch up. The engine
managementt called FADEC gets completely nuts during descent and relying on it is the best way to cross fl 100 at some 350 kias. So i
deactivate the autothrottle at some fl 150.
Even in manual, the engines need a very long time to get at iddle thrust. Then, the plane is quite long to loose an eccess of speed. So it
is necessary to get stable at approach altitude pretty long time enough to start the final at around 160 kts.

I LS capture goexs well but with lot of inertia and oscillations. It can be annoying, especially oscillations around the glide slopes which
induces som dolphin ups and down and mess up speed control.

I hope experience will bring me some better skill controlling this monster

I would suppose you could ask for 250kt clearance, since this is a military/humanitarian aircraft that could be used in warzones. Of, more
concern is the long time(s) you are referring to for approach speeds. This aircraft is supposed to be able to drop and land on short
airfields and even have short field takeoffs. Speaking of which, does FsP make an exception for short field takeoff techniques, (running
up the engines to almost full power before releasing the brakes). If so, there ought to be a key sequence to press to tell FsP that this is a
deliberate short field takeoff, and not a hot rod pilot.

FSP won't hit you for holding on the footbrake, what it hits you for is holding the parking brake on full thrust. Also I have done
numerous 'Khe Sanh' approaches without penalty. The important thing you need to remember is to keep the speed down then the pax in
FSP won't complain about death dives.

This is true, no pens when the footbrake is used while applying full throttle. For the short landing, true also. The key seems to get just at
limit speed BEFORE final
