Hello!
FSPassengers is fantastic, by the way, but I wondered if it was possible an update to be released for it to allow it to automatically add AI traffic,
based on flights you make for your airline?
Think like this - rather than just being allowed to own one of each paint scheme for your aircraft, you can buy multiple copies of the one aircraft,
and give each one a unique registration (so you could own, say, 10 C182's in exactly the same paint scheme). NOW - based on the flights you've made,
FSPassengers could make a flightplans.txt for your airline and use TrafficTools to build it.
This would be a nice addition - I fly from San Francisco Intl. to a number of smaller regional airports in California; everywhere from KMRY to KFAT
and in between, using a C182 in a paint scheme I designed for my virtual airline. FSP takes notes of which airport I mainly fly FSP flights from, and
which airports I mainly fly to, and generates AI traffic to simulate the movements of the other pilots who work for me.
Taking it further, the Company Manager could also be used to set schedules for flights, and your airline's income is affected by which routes and
timings you select, but that could turn the whole thing more complex than it really needs to be.
It should be perfectly workable, and would add a bit more realism to FSP. And for those who don't like it, an option to disable this feature would
give them a way to opt out.
Whaddya think?
Kind regards,
Graeme
