On regular operations, SOPs are discussed during pri-fly, so before pilots even get towards the aircraft.
It is a custom on regular hub departures to just state ' standard S.O.P. for runway ## ' by the Captain. It is not enforced though, ut when you fly the same routing several times in a row it does tend tempting and is used. When anything changes, might just be a single degree off of standard windangles, the SOPs no longer are used and a full briefing is given. Thats just the short version ofcourse :D |
