You can always try to edit the database but it's coded (not hack proof but really enough to avoid notepad edit)
In fact your idea would be to reward you good pilots ?
It could be a cool idea howewer nothing prevent them to cheat , start another company
with 1 billion dollars and transfert their pilot here... so they don't need to wait that
your reward them.
FsP isn't at first dedicated to Va managment - howewer a lot can be done if your admin
and know coding... se my incoming post about "export of flight"
