Aerosoft FDC with FSPX???

my setting in FSX and also on the GPU are set for best frames with my own taest of scenery, i think the only thing maxed out is weather.
coures i change my settings depending on where im flying.

if i fly in my home town i can max almost everything. however say Atlanta GA, bring scenery and traffic down.

i also prefer the VC. i just dont like big airplanes with Virtual Cabins. Virtual cockpits are fine. its the passenger cabin that eats frames

Quite contrary...I refrain from buying any planes that do not have a 2D cockpit!

Imho, there is fairly little use for a VC when you are in full IFR conditions on approach and having to constantly flip views to do the basic T on
the panel or to find a frigging switch you need right there and then is a royal P.I.T.A.
Should I ever upgrade to a head tracker gear it might be a different story but until then, planes without 2D cockpit can collect dust on the
retailer's shelf.

I only use VC, I think it is the most realist thing in FSX, feels like you are inside the airplane plus my joystick allows me to controle the head
easly as I fligth

Buy a TrackIR and then you will fly VC only (providing the VC is fully functional, which is not always the case). VC+TrackIR is very immersive
especially if the aircraft has a good view in front and on the sides. It also means to rely much less on instruments (e.g. when you do a circuit, you
can align the aircraft on the downwind leg just by looking at the runaway at your left, turning better on final, seeing other traffic around you) and
less switching back and forth

I forgot to mention...I have the VMax Yoke and the entire Go-Flight center console including throttles and AP ...hence...
