Geez, I'm not sure what the approach is but I believe its the cottonwood 5 at Eagle County (KEGE)
NWA I think may do it in a 757, theres a point where you make a pretty steep turn and you gotta lose a couple thousand feet. Not sure, but a tough
approach

Nobody's going to mention EGLC (London City, London, England)?!

The ILS glideslope to the runway is twice as steep as a standard approach. Try it in anything larger than a BAe-146 or A318 and its a truly
challenging approach.

If you want to deal with complex/dangerous instrument approaches, check out KROA and KAVL. Flown into both a number of times and
they are both very challenging airports. During initial training for a lot regional airlines (ASA, American Eagle, Piedmont, Colgan), almost
all the sim work you do is out of these two airports because of the challenges presented by high terrain (7,000 foot mountains all around
AVL).

I'll have to try those ILS approaches, but nothing beats a non precision approach with mountainous terrain surrounding the airport, which
is in a hole at MHTG

American flies 757's there.

Oh also, Continental flies it in a 737-700 I believe

Try PADU, Unalaska, Alaska In A 737. The Field Is About 3900 Feet And Alaskan Air Used To Fly 737 Into This Airport All The Time. Use Real Weather And It Will Get Very Interesting.
