I have had a multiple engine failure on final approach before in a 757, with gear flaps set and speed 135kts. Made a safe emergency landing on a
suitabley placed highway down below, no one did so much as cut a finger.
First thing I did was retract the flaps a bit and PUSH THE NOSE DOWN to increase airspeed. The flaps create un-necessary drag in the full landing config so a power-out landing would be faster and use about 5-10 degrees at most. Its your decision whether to ditch with gear or not, depends how well you handle the situation
