I'm pretty sure it's not any hardware drivers - they are all up to date.
I'm also pretty sure it's not any of the others, because it worked just fine before. I reinstalled FSX:SE on Friday (Pacific Standard Time, US), then reinstalled FSPassengers and within 5 to 50 minutes it starts crashing. Dll.xml deletion worked fine for less than a day, at which point I falsely assumed it was fixed (which it wasn't).
I would only be confident it would be the issues you listed out if Windows 10 f***ed something up about FSX:SE and FSPassengers when I wasn't looking. It worked fine before which is really weird. If you need any more info, feel free to ask (if I didn't post anything more by then).
