final Solution

Another user fixed the errors with this below. After some search I saw it fixed also others modules (Pmdg, Fsuipc)
crashes with 0xc00000005....

1) Open regedit
2) Goto the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
3) Delete the key "<PathToYourFsX>\\fsx.exe"="$~ RUNASADMIN IgnoreFreeLibrary<FsPassengers.dll>"

In the "layers" part, DELETE ALL the keys that start with your fsx.exe's path and a name of module.

Its logical also that a location change of your FSX folder can workaround this problem (the regedit keys are not used anymore)
but the root key of the crash is this "AppCompatFlags" above !
It seem this problem appear only on windows 8.1 and 10.0, they do strange things with those compatibility flags !?
