I'll update this first post with informations & solutions, so please refer to it.
Problem with SimConnect missing: (new)
Solution: Go here http://www.fspassengers.com/?action=simconnect download Simconnect.zip and install the three Simconnect.msi
Crash to desktop with the addon 'Sim Physic X'
On steam version this addon make FSX crash when FsPassengers is installed. I'll need to talk to the concerned persons. (FSUIPC or/and Sim Physic X)
Solution: if you get this problem don't start Sim Physic X and watch for a new version that solve that.

95% of the trouble come from installation with dll.xml or copy failed, I have already some peoples that give me feedback about this and I'll issue new version quickly (2-6 days) with some solutions. Watch for new versions release here:

1-Describ your problem
2-Find the folder "C:\Users\Public\Documents\FsPassengers"

For those experiencing the missing dll.xml file (such as myself), here is a quick and dirty workaround:
1. Make a backup copy of your dll.xml file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\FSX\ConfigData\AppData.
2. Copy this dll.xml to %APPDATA%\Microsoft\FSX-SE
3. Re-run the FSPassengers installer. Hopefully this time it will find the dll.xml you just copied.
5. Launch FSX and enjoy.
This worked for me, so hopefully this will work for anyone else having issues as well

Basically every one having installation problem with this dll.xml or simconnect, has to update his SimConnect in the proper way.

The zip file contain the file that the guy click on.
But this will not solve the dll.xml, I'm working on it.

After a successful install, FSPassengers does not initiate at all, as in there is no pop up at gamestart, no FSPassengers tab in-game. There were no
issues in the installation. I have installed all SimConnects and FSUIPC and still it does not work. Anything else I can try to fix it?

After running the installation, I can not launch the FsPassengers in FSX(Steam edition) and also not available to find the FsPassengers folder in (Steam edition). I have

It should be the latest update. I have set the automatic updated as priority download in steam. Mine fsx se is 10.0.62608.0.

Jeff,
If you have the install log there is a FsPassengers folder else it could not open the Install log file.
In windows, click the start button then in the search area type %PUBLIC% and enter.
Go to "public document" the FsPassengers folder is here.
See if there is a log.txt and post it here please.

Thanks for your reply. After following your instructions, I still can not find any FsPassengers folder in 'public document'. I can only find the folder on VTRoot. After I disable
the sandbox on COMODO, I can finally available to find the folder and launch FsPassengers in FSX SE. Anyway thanks for your help as well as Joe's help.

For the dll.xml issue, couldn't just point the installer to "%my_steam_lib%\SteamApps\common\FSX\ConfigData\AppData" instead of "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\FSX-SE"?
Have any reason to avoid this?

Yes, it's not an active dll.xml. Steam just provided it for users to copy at the proper location as they forget it in the fist release.
Also for the first release (or if fsx rtm is not present?) they use the FSX's old registry. So without looking at the exe you cannot tell if it's
really a steam or a FSX version and hence deduce the correct dll.xml location.
In FS09 we just had to copy our dll in the root flight sim directory: zero problems. Then for FSX 2006 a "develloper" came with the insane idea to
declare the modules in this jumping and erratic 'dll.xml' and it poison the community since this time.
I have patch incoming that will be more robust about this dll.xml. With all users feedbacks I learn all the "particularity" of the jumping/ghosting
dll.xml and fsx registry.

The FSPassengers 2015 doesn't work with PMDG 777.
When I try to start a flight I press "Disable weight update (recommended)" and then I get the error: "Unable to find any LoadModel ini file", and there are no
passengers aboard.
