I think we may need more people to test this, but will monitor if something changes. I have a feeling that by how Steam directories are structured, it makes the
file path
too long, causing errors. This is also an issue with some other software, so it can be one of them. But then again, this just worked for me so far. Thanks guys!

It's not the directory length that is the problem, its the way Microsoft has made the app data folder be causing access violations on vista and up
