The extent of customer service for FSP/FSPX are:
1) The manual that comes with the program
2) The FAQ section of this website.
3) The forums of the website.

There has been word of a patch; it's my understanding that the version for FSP is now available; what is in the patch I don't know, however. The
version for FSPX I can't say anything about as I have no information regarding it.
