Practice,practice and more practice ....and if that fails practice some more.
And pray on your bare knees that Dan has hearth enough to give FSPX an option to alter or disable
the tires exploding on certain decent rates.
You will have more satisfaction if you perform a landing by the book.
But not everybody has a flightyoke, pedals and a 3 monitor setup.
Simple tips : take your aproach long enough , dont be afraid to go around , use flaps...check your planes decent speeds.
Dont wrestle with the stick ....use small movements...if cockpit landings stay to hard use an external view ...its easier
to place the plane just right that way.
