How to manually edit number of hot foods allowed?

Hmmm ... I must be missing something. But what exactly do you expect the moderators to do? Should they moderate questions more? Delete stupid,
duplicate or otherwise useless questions? Edit spelling errors or reword the questions in some way? What?
