I think it is only right to ask the creator for something, we pay for a product and expect that product to work the way it should.

It does work the way it should.

I, and a few others have made long flights (mine being over 14:30h), and I managed to get the pax to their destination at 100% satisfaction, so it can
be done. You just need to be very careful when to serve meals.

In the US it is your constitutenal rights to question your government
