Are you flying close to or over the north pole? Reason I ask is because I read somewhere that FS does not accurately model the shape of
the earth. It uses a kind of cylindrical projection for it's coordinate system which means it can't properly handle latitudinal transitions when
flying over the poles. This could easily explain why your GPS and autopilot goes crazy in this part of the world
