Well, I'm not sure if I'm right, but I see that Ken have told next:

Welcome to real world flying. This is how 12 hours of pay equals 6 hours of flight.

Maybe this mean's that he's not agree on that point.

Anyway, this all boils down to the level of realism that you trying to get from FsP flying.
If you want it as much as possible then you probably have to do what Ken suggests.
Othervice, you should not talk about how realistic your flying is, since you skip a lot of real world issues.
So, if you skip some, then what's the point to blame others for ignoring something else?
I guess that's the point.
