Yes, that's the way I want to make use of FsP. I won't bother the people who want to be getting to C23. If they wan't to do it right, don't
use time acceleration. That's your own choice.

If I fly for 3 hours in MSFS I get 3 hours of flying time, with acceleration or not.

If you fly 3 hours in fs - with time accel, your pilots hours are not 3 hours are they??
if my suggestion is used, you will receive the hours you actually fly.....
My actual flying hours are 3 hours, with or without the acceleration. As I already said, it is a simulator, which simulates
that I flew for 3 hours.
If you crash you won't lie down dead on the floor, now would you?
