1. When entering the destination, enter not flight time but arrival time, as well as departure time. I think arriving at certain time is the main goal real passengers are interested in: connected flights and such.
2. If departure time is specified, penalize for closing the doors too early. Also: instead of "x passengers are waiting on the ground", have "x tickets were sold"; not all of them may board however, introduce some random non-coming; the goal is to close the doors at the exact time. The random factor of non-coming can depend on some factors like time of day (more non-coming at rush hours, for example), also for dangerous zones it probably would be higher, etc.
3. (2) may be further extended by allowing to overbook X% of the tickets in Company Manager, like real companies do. Overbooked too little -> several pax did not come, not full load, loss of revenue. Overbooked too many -> unhappy customers and monetary compensation, say, ticket price x2.
4. Add real (not FS) GMT and real time of the flight to the flight log. May be handy when flying online with the requirement to file PIREP later.
