Hi shant, as your report shows your landing touchdown speed is indeed very high, close to 900 ft/m. (your vertical speed),
you should try to get that
under 600 ft/m. Before landing, lift the nose a bit, make sure you're not too high just before touchdown so that you don't
need to sink too hard etc.
It will take some practice of course but it can be done
