Impossible unlock-procedure

Thanks four your quick answer.
Before I installed the CD for the first time, I´ve uninstalled the downloaded version via a professional uninstaller suite. Then I installed the
CD. I´ve had no Errors during the installation procedure. Anything seems to be allright. Now I´ve installed/uninstalled the CD for three
times. But the unlock procedure is still imposible. Are you sure the printed Code on the CD-Inlay is right ? Perhaps there might be an
print-fault.
