Impossible unlock-procedure - Michael K. - 15-12-2005
First of all congratulations about your exciting Add on.
After trying it for a couple of flights, I decided to purchase a boxed version, because it is boring always depart from KSFO. So I bought “my”
CD at a shop in Hamburg/Germany today. Now I´ve a big problem:
After choosing the “purchase and unlock Demo”-entry in FS2004/FSPassengers menu, I entered the Username and Code printed inside
the box. But each time I do so, FSPassenger replies that the Code or Username is invalid. Typing-Error is not possible. I´ve tried approx.
20 times and very EXACTLY. Please contact me to solve that problem.
Beside this I apologize for my bad english.

I would suggest to uninstall your demo and install it from your cd, make sure you do the necessary backups if you want/need, that should
hopefully solve your problem

Thanks four your quick answer.
Before I installed the CD for the first time, I´ve uninstalled the downloaded version via a professional uninstaller suite. Then I installed the
CD. I´ve had no Errors during the installation procedure. Anything seems to be allright. Now I´ve installed/uninstalled the CD for three
times. But the unlock procedure is still imposible. Are you sure the printed Code on the CD-Inlay is right ? Perhaps there might be an
print-fault.

Solved...I supect FsQuality didn't write the username list as I sent them
on the last CD serie, I'll investigate...

Just use the FsP uninstaller in window start menu "FsPassengers" group , it work well and
remove ALL entry...
