voice slowdown??

I have all those as well, and all the terrain mesh levels for North America from FSgenesis.

I hae read somewhere that UT-USA will kill frames if you tell it to do residential streets and residential street lighting. Turn those off. Also
the 3D lights with UT-USA I was told are on even during the day so these will impact frame rates as well if thats the case.
