FSP works with what YOU fly, not the computer and AI aircraft. It is based on your flying skills, and the fleet bonus is just that...a bonus to
help you get a few more virtual bucks to buy more aircraft you want to fly, that you would not otherwise have to puchase them. Consider
them YOUR passengers and not the AI's passengers.

Reason for creating several pilots or a back up pilot anyway is incase you have a crash that you cannot save everyone from and your pilot
either dies or is hurt. If he/she "dies" then you have your back up pilot as you cant resurrect a dead person. if he/she is hurt in the crash it
can cost lots of your virtual money, however if you use your back up, within time as you fly your other pilot, the one that was hurt will heal
without costing you any money.
