Great news!
I'm looking forward for the new version of FSPassengers for Prepar3d. It's great to see the program evolving.
Dan, please consider to add a very simple emergency that I've always missed on FSPassengers: the medical emergency scenario. I've already made some
references to this over some previous topic but let me present my idea again.
Like in real life, there is always a small chance that one of the passengers has a sudden medical condition that forces the aircraft to divert enroute
to a suitable airport to provide medical assistance. And that happens more often than one would imagine, on a daily basis!
We could easily implement a random notification on the mini display advising of a medical emergency aboard, requiring a non planned landing at the
next nearby suitable airport. I'm imagining a clock counting down a random time, like 20 minutes for the passenger to have good chances of survival
upon arrival at the gate.
If you managed to land within the remaining time, perfect! You would win bonus points and the company reputation would go up. If you landed after the
prescribed time, the passenger might or might not survive. There would be less points awarded or subtracted according to the delay on landing.
This is relatively easy to implement and would add a lot of fun to the flights. Now even during cruise, without any mechanical failure there would be
a reason to remain vigilant and know the country you are overflying to be prepared for a medical scenario.
This sounds like fun, Dan. Think about it!
