Interesting for you to tell me what is or is not an excuse. What you do and how you run your life is your business, and it does not make it
right nor wrong. Good for you if you have the time and inclination to look for solutions when you encounter problems with software, but
maybe that only means you are spending too much time on your computer and away from important things like say, your family...I don't
know and I don't care. Again, run your business the way you choose to.
That aside, I am not sure if you are in Europe, but here in America when you buy something you buy it with an expectation that it is going to
perform at a certain level, and this sofware is not meeting my expectations. I'm affraid that there is always going to be "something" that
needs to be fixed or dealt with. I am a pilot and use the simulator for training and proficieny purposes, and looking for solutions for a
program I fully paid the price for is not at the top of my priorities.
For the record, I send an e-mail to Dan asking for a new activation code as of Saturday, with no response. I have today send another
message, this time asking for my money back.
I don't seem to be alone in requesting a full refund, so I hope this is being treated with the urgency it deserves.
