what is your company failure risk lever???
maybe that is the reason, last night i have 3 in a row failures in a A321 flying from MMMY (Monterrey, Mexico) to MMMX (Mexico City)
one was the gear dont up, tow a bird impact on eng nº1, third a broken windows at fl190, my plane was on 100% maintenance every
flight, but my failure level is about 25%, and the zone is on 0% to 4%, so the failure risk is about 25% to 29% every flight
