For "no warp" in case of crash I think I'll give the choice to restart from:
1-Location where you bought your aicraft (main base?)
2-Last 4 good >end flight< location
3-Start of current flight
Without any fee, when you'll start the next flight you'll be prompted to move the aircraft at one of this 5 locations.
Still need some brainstorming and test... must be simple and straight anyway (KISS)

About "no pause" sorry no, one important phone and your flight is ruined... not that good.

UPDATE:
Banner done... if your company's name is "Swiss tour" for example just drop a 625x100 jpg named "Swiss Tour.jpg"
in "FsPassengers/banner" directory and all your report will have such banner. You can put any size with limit to 628x200 max (jpg will be
resized to fit those limit)
