About "makeVoicePack utility" (see above)
Gee, got sound filter and downsampling right... First time I do DSP coding (sound effect)
Recording is in 48000 hz and then "radio effect" are applied (low/high pass) and the sample is downsampled to 8000hz 8 bit mono. (wav
format of voicepack)
Just wanted to voice that I'm happy
I think I'll have a public beta of this utility within somes days. (public because it's a "minor" and simple things so basic feedback would fit)
