Well, I have been here for at least a year. I rarely see anyone post anything offensive, and if they do it will be removed in no time.
If it is really bad or has happened a few times the user will probably be banned.

There is no way you can stop someone from posting something that might not suite a family forum so on, but if they do it will be removed.
I think that is no reason to not have an off topic forum.
