Why not create an index of causes/actions made related to the results of your flight and assign a letter code to them individually. Then
include that index in the docs of FsP. Users can input the codes in the report before recording it. This would greatly reduce the number of
characters added to the submissions. The entry could be labeled "Stmt to NTSB" (meaning statement to NTSB) in the report and that
entry probably would be only one line at most. Example:
Stmt to NTSB: A, C, D, F
And the indexes in the doc files would be such as........
A: Declared in-flight emergency.
C: Stalled on approach.
D: Insufficent altitude to reach closest airfield with deadstick.
F: Failed to plan for enough fuel to reach destination.
And each of these indexes could be assigned values that can take away or compensate overall score of the flight.
Something along these lines could solve the file space problem, add another dynamic to scoring, etc.
Now we will have come up with a list of index listings of common problems/causes/actions, etc.
