I understand your frustration. Your post isn't the first one I've seen of this nature. First and foremost, have you deactivated UAC within Windows 10? If not, please do so. That way you can help offset the protections within Windows 10. It may be interfering with the FsP installation. If you do have UAC turned off already, perhaps you should think about uninstalling FSX-SE completely and re-installing outside of the (X86) directory. It is known to cause protection issues with FSX-SE and some addon software. For example: install in C:\FSX-SE
Getting back to my first point. If you haven't turned off UAC and then do turn it off, please uninstall FsP, reboot pc, and then re-install FsP....if you intend to keep FSX-SE in the (X86) directory. Usually even this will not provide desirable results with some systems. I'm just giving you fair warning about it.
