Hello Joeflyer,
Thank you again for the answer.
I've already restored the system to a previous point but it has not worked better after that.
I've also manually removed the Windows latest security updates (on June, 15th) without more chance.
You are right when you say there's a protection blocking the installation of FSPX when Steam is installed in the x86 directory. I really do think the problem is there.
Do you know how the other people have sorted out this "security" locked up ?
Another solution could, be according to me, to buy a commercial antivirus which could deactivate the Windows security updates, but I'm not quite sure of that. Could you please tell me if it should be a good idea ?
Finally what happens really when FSPX says :"unable to find the document's folder", which folder ? Maybe I could place this specific folder elsewhere and bypass the security.
EZCA 3 encountered the same blockage first and I had many troubles to reinstall it after the Windows security updates.
They finally told me at EZDOK to reload the program at Flight1 and update it to the .70 version and it did work.
I had reinstalled EZCA1 until then and it did work fine with FSPX (with the Windows security update), but when I replace EZCA1 with the latest EZCA3 version I confirm it installed EZCA3 properly but removing FSPX !
What a pity not to have FSPX anymore, I'm really deceived espacially because I fear there seems to be no simple solution.
All of this due to a intempestive Microsoft update !
Thanks again for the attention you give to my issue, because I really do love FSPX since the beginning.
Erika
