Sorry about the delay Erika. Did you happen to sort it out? I don't know how EZDOK would have removed FsP from the menu. I have never heard of this, so I am completely baffled by it. If you still haven't resolved the issue, how about doing a system restore to a date that everything was operating normally? Of course you will lose flights that were completed during the time period, but that's why it's a good idea to make a backup of the database before you do a system restore. That way you won't lose any flights.
Also, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary in the log.txt or install log. Even with -SE installed in the (x86) directory you seem to have no problems in that regard. A number of people have had protection issues by having -SE installed in this directory.
