Pilot Bonuses - That's it!!!??

My pilot is going to be in the red for a bit then. Just the overspeed penalty due to weather change at cruise which is beyond the pilots control is -300 points. That would wipe out the above good piloting. Seems abit unfair.

I do agree it forces you to fly better but there are so many adverse factors that you can't control but no bonus for overcoming them.
