I'm not clear about it.No, I was still talking about the false failure, as I mentioned in my first post I had the same problem on two flights, the first one was EGHI to EGKK, and the second one KMRY to KWVI. And I do have a scenery for EGHI

Yep, the other "KMRZ" problem is weird too...
Quote:Do you have a way to open the AFCAD for the ORBX KMRY scenery? I'm wondering if there is a helipad situated near the parking spot you have used at the origin or destination. That may cause the problem. It has happened with other addon sceneries as well. The same issue has arisen when 2 airports are very close together, and depending on where the airplane is parked, FsP may detect the wrong origin and/or destination.I don't know what an AFCAD is, sorry... I can have a visual look, but you'll have to admit it sounds strange... if I park near a helipad, it will detect that as a failure? So if I repeat the flight starting from the runway, would it rule that out?
By the way, is there a way to tell whether this failure has already occurred? That would be easier to pinpoint when and how this is happening.
I could also repeat the test by removing the scenery from within P3D (with Orbx' new system, I won't be able to do that from their tool and I don't want to uninstall everything).
Thanks again for helping out, and for testing the same flight! So we have different aircraft and different sceneries, one of those should be the culprit... Let me do some experiments, and hopefully get some more points and flight hours in the process.
In the mean time here's the report I had for the flight:

EDIT 1: re-did the same flight, same outcome. During the flight and after landing at KWVI, I opened the en-route information log, but there was no mention of a failure.
This time, I had "One or more system failed*. One or more engines failed*. The pilot was able to land the aircraft safely.", probably because I stopped the engine before ending FSP? But normally you wouldn't advise the passengers to get off a Skyhawk while the engine is still running.
I checked the top-down view and noticed no helipad around the initial parking (nor the destination parking spot either).
