Elements of Rollercoaster Tycoon could creep in here! Put lots of salt on the fries and make the customers thirsty so they buy your
watered down soda. My last experience of airline food was fairly awful on a transatlantic flight (American) and catering on internal US
flights seemed non existent - a sandwich handed to you at the gate and a coffee on the plane, no hot meal.
On a slightly different tack, how about disorderly passengers? Not unknown on UK "chav" holiday charter flights to places like Ibiza and
Tenerife!
