Asking for help: Flying Jets

For me the Lear seems to be overly sensitive compared to other aircraft. If I breathe on the stick it flails about in the air wildly while ever
other aircraft I fly, mostly POSKY seem to be quite smooth and forgiving. Taking off in the Lear is hilarious, I just touch the stick and it
whips straight up in the air, then I scream and yell and try to level the plane and it dives straight for the ground so I pull up and it goes
vertical straight up in the air again and I give up and take off again using autopilot as if I were flying with the keyboard. Needless to say I
stick to the GA aircraft and the POSKY jets.
