Until a couple of weeks my system was this:
P4 1.7
512 MB
Geforce 3Ti 200 (sic!!!)
Believe it or not, this IS flyable. I had average framerates of about 18fps with a lot of reduced settings, especially clouds. I could even fly
the F1 ATR if it wasn't destination add-on airport. (I decided for a new PC after I had bought Sim-Wings France1 scenery which slowed
down to 7fps).
However, the difference between flying with FSP and without was zero. Absolutely no impact on framerates. Now, compared to my old PC
the one of the poster is a rocket! That's why I think this guy might have another problem with FSP, like maybe a driver issue or something
like that.

Seems like Radeon cards have problems with certain system specs.
Serdar, you could try to switch off the mini-display (Ctrl-Shft-V) and see if it changes anything.
To stop you others from crying for me (or laughing at me), here's my new sys:
AMD64 3500+
1 GB
ATI X800 Pro
260 GB S-ATA
makes a difference
