DX10 in XP

SP3 is pretty much taking all the hotfixes and putting them into one pack to save having to download eveyr individual fix from microsoft,
there are a few new features but overall they are pretty minor:

I realized that the problems many were having with SP3 is installing the entire pack. If folks streamlined the installation(providing they
already have SP2), the problems for many won't occur. I asked my IT guy at work about it,too. He did agree with the streamlining
installation. He has already done that type of installation on several pc's without problems.
