ok now it works.

the steps I did:

1. FSX SE downloaded and installed via Steam
2. SimConnect http://www.fspassengers.com/?action=simconnect 10.0.61242.0 downloaded from here and followed the instructions there
3. (Thanks mkoch227 for him thread (http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showth...p?tid=9317))
3. 1. Make a backup copy of your dll.xml file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\FSX\ConfigData\AppData.
3. 2. Copy this dll.xml to %APPDATA%\Microsoft\FSX-SE
4. FSP 2015 for FSX downloaded from here http://www.fspassengers.com/?action=download and tried to install


now everything works
