Today I had the stupidest of the problems with FS9.
Just got a brand new Beech 2900C for my most experienced pilot. Had gotten another one some days ago and tested it ok when doing a cargo flight, but
this time I had gotten a passenger version.
I started all the procedures, started my flight with FSP and made a pullback, then released the parking break and I didn't even increase the throttle,
just let the engines begin to move the plane slowly so I could turn left and begin to taxi... when suddenly the plane bended /forward/ and crashed
into the floor....
That happened SO fast that I couldn't be fast enough to kill FS9 so FSP database wouldn't be saved.. and all of the 14 passengers plus MY MOST
experienced pilot were killed!!!
I don't like to cheat. I've been using FSP for almost 3 years now and started off flying skyhawks with all my pilots. Now I have 8 of them... I killed
2 more, but I never complained (except to myself).
I know I should make a backup of the db before every flight, but I don't... and please, there MUST be some way for me to undo last flight's
comsequences (because it was not a flight, it was a FS9 failure with that aircraft that caused a stupid plane crash!) and go back to the last state...
either that or just recover my most experienced pilot...
If somebody has a way to do this, please tell me. Dan, please, hear my prayer! I really don't want to lose my whole career for a program's failure. I
know it wasn't your program's, and I know this is just a game, but there must be some way to get into the database and just swipe this last flight and
try to go back to what it was.
Please, guys, help!
Thank you!
