DASH 7 Cargo

First time posting here and very new to FS Passenger --- I have found it to be a wonderful addition to the flight simming experience and
probably the best addon for the money a person could expect. Will be creating my own senario for hauling cargo using hte DC-3 and the
Dash 7. Are cargo versions of these available here or must they be created? Honestly I tried to do the DASH but after an hour or so I gave
up trying to do get it to come up on the screen. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to these kind of things but always
willing to try, which I did. Hope someone here can help me get my airline started by getting me these aircraft. My airline is going to be
small starting out with the DC-3 and little money in present day time and currency. I haven't set goals yet but working on all that now.
