Error unable to write uninstall information

Hello im getting this error in the log which is causing fsx to be unable to run 3rd party software the fsp.dll which crashes fsx it wont uninstall clean. How can i do a clean
uninstall manually. Thanks

Can you post the install log as well as the log.txt to help us figure out what may be going wrong? You didn't provide much information, so that's why

This may be due to installing FSX in the X86 file system due to the inherent system protections. Have you tried running the latest FsP installer again
to make sure all files are written properly? Run the installer as admin. Report back with BOTH install log and log.txt files if you get the same
error. Also, look in the event viewer and post the information you have if FSX crashes again. This is important to follow all steps.

Why cant i uninstall it i wanna get a clean install how do i clean it manually?

Also it wont update the PMDG 777 panel cfg with FS2crew it says it updates and reload aircraft but it just keeps repeating?

When you get a FSX crash because of this, you should also post the event viewer information from the application list.... go
to Control Panel.... then Admin Tools.... then Event Viewer... then open Application. We need to see what's in it for the FSX
crash. How are you trying to uninstall FsP? Via the Programs and Features list? That would be the way to do it normally, but
if that isn't working, you could delete the FS Passengers folder in the main Documents folder then delete the FS Passengers
folder in the main FSX folder. Before doing that, make a backup of the database folder within the FsP folder that resides in
your Documents folder so that you won't lose your company progress. If you don't want to save the database and start anew,
skip the last step.

okay i got it to work but im still not getting a mini window with PMDG 777 Fs2crew it updates and i reload but it keeps repeating ? please send me the panel cfg if you have
one or how to do manually.

In Dan's development blog, he mentioned that you should get a special dialogue when using FS2 Crew with FsP. Apparently this special dialogue is
suppose to take care of the panel.cfg issue. Since I don't use Fs2 Crew, that's about as far as I can take the subject. Possibly if Dan sees this
thread he can comment further on it. But, I will ask....is FS2 Crew up to date and configured correctly?

I keep getting this error 'flight simulator has detected a problem with a third-party software program FSPASSENGERS.dll version 4 'this program has not been working
right since i bought it just been causing problems and crashin i uninstalled and installed a thousand times made a new FSX CFG AND DLL.XML

okay why im getting this error why cant it run the FSPassenger.dll any ideas why ? Makes no sense i even tried older versions of FSP still same error.i also installed a
new FSUIPC still same Error WHY????

I have messaged Dan about this thread, but I don't know when he will be able to look at it and respond. There may be more to this than just a FsP
problem. I know it's frustrating when a issue pops up and you can't seem to get the correct troubleshooting to fix it. Hang in there...hopefully Dan
will come to the rescue.
